Return Policy

We hope you have loved the garments that you have received. But in case there’s an issue, you can return the garments back to us and ask for an exchange or refund by following the 3 easy steps below

Fill UP RETURN FORM

Request a return by filling up the form below within 14 days after receiving the garments. While filling up the form please make sure your return complies with the return requirements. Otherwise, your return request may be cancelled

Once your return request is approved, send them back to us with your order number and the return form (recommended) to process the return quickly

get refund/exchange

Once we receive your garments back, we will either refund or exchange based on your request. Refunds will be made on the same payment method you have purchased the items with. Please allow up to 10 business days to show up in your bank account

Reutrn Eligibility Criteria

Make sure the items your are returning meet the following criteria

  • Received within the last 14 days
  • Never worn or washed
  • Tags and packaging are intact in original packaging
  • Item not customized with logo or any embroidery
  • Return postage will be paid by you unless the items you have received are different from what you have ordered
  • Item wasn’t bought through a sale campaign. Sale items are non refundable unless those were faulty
